UK basketball 2008 – so far

I’m a Kentucky basketball fan.  Kinda got that way by default since I live here, attended UK, and have been employed by them in the past.  However, once bitten, it’s hard not to love the Cats. The Day The Earth Stood Still again

Moonlet is now getting old enough to sort of somewhat understand movie plots.  I stress the “sort of”.  As such, our movie experiences are expanding into more adult oriented stuff.  Not movies with drugs, violence, sex, excessive profanity, or complicated boring plots.  But, the other stuff.  That doesn’t leave a whole lot.  It did however, leave room for The Day… (more…)

Girls in sinks the new black?

Saw this in the news today:   Three girls in California were fired for partying sorta naked in a KFC sink.  This comes on the heels of some dude getting fired for bathing in a Burger King sink.  Is this a new trend or something?  Now, given some of the other trends of the last few decades or so, this… (more…)

Tortuous music
